PANO AQIL:Two persons were killed in separate Karo-Kari disputes in Garhi Khero and Bashirabad Phattak near Pano Aqil.
Saleemullah shot dead his brother Naimatullah over Karo-Kari issue at Bashirabad Phattak locality near Pano Aqil. The accused fled to an unknown destination after swift operation. The body was shifted to a local hospital for an autopsy and later handed over to the heirs. The police have started a probe into the incident. The incident has created a mourning atmosphere in the village.
In another incident, an irate man killed Ghulam Mir Jatt in village Jam Mir Jatt near Garhi Khero. The cause behind the incident was stated to be a Karo-Kari issue. The body was shifted to a local hospital for an autopsy and later handed over to the heirs. Tension gripped the village soon after the incident.
