KARACHI:Two people including a security guard was shot and injured by unknown armed men in separate incidents in the metropolitan on Thursday.
According to police sources, a 25-year-old, security guard Ghulam Mustafa was shot and injured by robbers over resistance during a robbery bid in Gulshan-e-Millat area. As a result, he suffered severe bullet injuries and was rushed to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center (JPMC) for treatment.
Separately, Atif Ali, aged 36, was shot and injured by the firing of an unknown accused near Water Pump Chowrangi. As a result, he sustained severe bullet wounds and brought to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for treatment.
