KHADKUCHA: Two persons, including a woman, were and 16 others injured when a coach overturned in Khadkucha area of district Kalat on Tuesday.
According to rescue sources, a coach turned turtle on Quetta-Karachi main highway near Khadkucha area of Kalat, resultantly, Abdul Rasool son of Haji Qurban and Bibi Tania daughter of Abdul Nafey died. There was hue and cry after the incident. Rescuers rushed to the scene and performed rescue operation.
Among the injured were Musa Kaleem son of Rahim Khan, Abdul Salam, Aisha, Irfan son of Ghulam Nabi, Ghulam Farooq son of Ghulam Haider, Mubarak Ali, Qurban son of Ramzan Hazara, resident of Marriabad, Abdul Aleem son of Khudai Nazar Urbek, Nayab daughter of Qurban Ali Hazara, Bibi Suraya daughter of Qurban Ali Hazara, Haji Muhammad Nabi son of Haji Abdul Rauf, Syed Ilyas, Bibi Kareema daughter of Shair Ali, Syed Muhammad son of Shair Ali, and Muhammad Asim son of Amanullah and one unidentified person sustained injuries. The bodies and injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for completion of codal formalities and treatment, respectively.
