We will not leave the people alone, the struggle will continue until the attainment of civic rights: Pasban

The Pasban Democratic Party (PDP) has vowed an unwavering campaign against the severe lack of basic facilities and the deteriorating law and order situation faced by the city’s residents, and has expressed its resolve to continue its efforts until the achievement of basic civic rights.

Addressing a large public Iftar party in North Karachi, Sector 11-A today, PDP Karachi President Abdul Hakeem Quaid announced that citizens are deprived of essential facilities. He said that the party believes in a practical struggle to solve public issues and will continuously raise its voice against issues related to sanitation, water, sewerage, and dilapidated roads.

The event was organized to express solidarity and brotherhood during Ramadan, attended by numerous local dignitaries, youths, and citizens. The event also served as a platform for the party leadership to establish direct contact with the public regarding public municipal grievances.

Participants at the gathering termed this initiative a positive step for connecting the leadership with the public. During the program, local citizens informed the Pasban leadership of their specific problems.

In response, Abdul Hakeem Quaid assured the participants that PDP will continue to advocate on every possible forum for the resolution of public issues. He said that the holy month teaches compassion, brotherhood, and service to humanity.

Other party leaders present on the occasion, including Qayyum Shaban, Akram Agria, and Amjad Baloch, expressed their resolve to highlight the problems by going to every area of the city and to struggle unitedly for the rights of the people.

The program concluded with a special prayer for the country’s security, progress, and the unity of the Muslim Ummah.
