QUETTA: Young Doctors Association (YDA), while condemning the detention of doctors, has announced boycotting emergency services in government run hospitals of the province, according to a statement issued by the spokesman of YDA here on Friday.
Announcing boycott from emergency services of government run hospitals, he said that a large contingent of police once again detained doctors and paramedics, who were observing a peaceful protest sit-in near red zone area, and shifted them to Police Station Bijli Road, Quetta.
Spokesman said that the government of Balochistan was not sincere in addressing the issues of young doctors and paramedical staff, adding that instead of addressing the issues of doctors and paramedical staff, doctors and paramedics were once again arrested. He announced that young doctors and paramedical staff would boycott emergency services in government run hospitals of the province across the province.
