QUETTA:,,, Young Nurses Association Balochistan (YNAB) has demanded of the authorities to ensure the recovery of Imam Baloch, Nursing Officer, within 48 hours or else YNAB would adopt the way of protest, including boycott of healthcare duties in government run hospitals of the province.
It was stated by Irshad Ahmed Baloch, President, Young Nurses Association Balochistan (YNAB) while addressing a press conference at Quetta Press Club here on Sunday.
He said that Imam Baloch, Nursing Officer disappeared on January 3, 2024 from Goli Mar Chowk after performing duties at Bolan Medical Complex Hospital, Quetta in the precincts of Police Station Brewry Road, Quetta, adding that YNAB approached the authorities of concerned police station to lodge First Information Report (FIR) about the disappearance of Imam Baloch, but the authorities of Police Station Brewry Road were reluctant to lodge FIR of the incident.
He said, “If Imam Baloch is involved in any activities, he should be produced before the court.” He said Young Nurses Association Balochistan after consulting nursing community had decided that if Imam Baloch was not recovered within 48 hours, YNAB would adopt the way of protest, including boycott of healthcare duties in government run hospitals.
