GARHI KHUDA BUX:Our purpose in politics is to serve Sindh. I was also granted a post in the last Nawaz-League government but I was unable to serve the poverty-ridden people of our land, hence I resigned and came back to my home.
This was stated by PTI Sindh chief Ameer Baksh Bhutto while addressing a reception hosted in his honour by Akhtiar Khan Bhutto here on Monday. Bhutto said seriousness and ideology had been seen in
Imran Khan and that was why they were with him. He said: “Present era is of PTI and in future as well, PTI will rule the country.”
He said the commitments made with the people include change in the country’s system and elimination of corruption. “We standby our promises even today and are working on them. We will make peace in the country, eradicate corruption at all costs and make Pakistan a progressive country.”
Dr. Roshan Pechuho, Shahzado Bhutto, Irshad Khan Junejo, Javed Bhutto, Syed Muhal Shah, Wahab Bhutto, Naeem Bhutto and others were also present on the occasion. The host presented traditional gift of Ajrak to his guest as well.
