LAHORE: The Airport Security Force (ASF) on Friday foiled an attempt to smuggle at least four kilograms of heroin, worth millions of rupees to Saudi Arabia, at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore.
As per details, a passenger, Ghulam Abbas, resident of Nowshera, was set to travel to Saudi Arabia on a private airline’s flight.
However, ASF officials checked his luggage and recovered about four kilograms of heroin.
The ANF officials took him in custody and started further investigation.
