KARACHI:An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Saturday awarded death sentence to two accused while life term to others in a case of murder after kidnapping a minor child in Larkana.
As the case came up for hearing, the court awarded death sentence to Abdul Ghafar and Abdullah Magsi in the light of evidences. However, the court awarded life term to accused Zahid and Ali Dino. The court also imposed fine of Rs0.5 million on each accused.
According to the police, accused had kidnapped a-5-year-old child Umaar and demanded Rs5million ransom. But, later they killed the child.
