Karachi, Towellers Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that Board of Directors meeting of the Company will be held on September 21, 2021 at Karachi to consider the fixation of Number of Directors for the next term.
Further, the company has declared the closed period from September 14, 2021 to September 21, 2021.
