DG Rangers visits KCCI

KARACHI: Director General Rangers Sindh (DG) Major General Mohammad Saeed on Thursday visited Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) to meet their office bearers.

On this occasion, the KCCI leaders welcomed the DG rangers and briefed him about threat calls of extortionists after a hand grenade attack on Kharadar cloth market on 18th January.

DG Rangers, speaking on the occasion, said that after the start of the Karachi operation terrorism-related crimes went reduced significantly and the situation was better and under control.

He said the Rangers will continue to provide full support to the authorities to control crimes and make a safer environment.

He appealed to traders for inform to the rangers about any threat or call to pay extortion.

Traders and industrialists present on the occasion praised Rangers’ efforts and showed confidence in the paramilitary force.
