KARACHI:A driver was injured when a school van caught fire in Federal B Area of the city on Saturday.
According to police sources, the driver of a school van received burn injuries as he tried to douse the fire in his vehicle near Tahir Villa Chowrangi in Federal B Area.
People gathered at the scene and pulled out the children quickly from the burning vehicle.
Sources said that a cylinder was present in the van; however, the cause of the fire could not be ascertained yet.
The injured was shifted to local hospital for treatment.
