NASEERABAD:Four of a family were killed and one other was injured over an old dispute within the limits of Dera police station near Naseerabad in the wee hours of Sunday.
A gang of armed men attacked a house of Brohi community in village Mada Dera by opening intense firing. As a result, Mohammad Hashim Brohi and his three sons Mohammad Aslam, Mohammad Saleem and Mohammad Ali were killed on the spot. However, one person received injuries.
The armed men fled to unknown destination after swift operation. The panic gripped the area soon after the incident. The villagers said that the incident happened over an old enmity.
The bodies were shifted to Naseerabad hospital for medico-legal formalities while the injured was rushed to Chandka Medical College Hospital Larkana for treatment.
