KARACHI:An Anti terrorism court (ATC) on Saturday adjourned hearing of cases against Muttahida Qoumi Movement (MQM) founder Altaf Hussain for anti-state speech till the 21st April.
During the hearing, MQM-Pakistan and London factions’ leaders Farooq Sattar, Qamar Mansoor, Amjadullah, Shahid Pasha and other e appeared before the court.
The prosecutor presented report on death of a nominated accused MQM-L leader Professor Hassan Zafar.
The court adjourned further proceedings till April 21st.
The cases against MQM leaders were registered in Azizabad Police Station after MQM founder had uttered anti-state remarks against the state and its institutions on August 22 in 2016 during his telephonic speech.
