QUETTA:In order to monitor relief activities in view of record snowfall in the province, a control room in Chief Minister’s Secretariat has been set up on the directives of Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan.
Asfandyar Baloch, Special Secretary to Chief Minister Balochistan has been posted as focal person.
Relief and rehabilitation activities in snowfall and rainfall affected areas would be monitored through the control room.
It is said that heavy snowfall in Balochistan this year has broken record of past 30 years.
