SHIKARPUR: A husband allegedly gunned down his wife and his paramour over the pretext of honour killing in village Shahzado Essani situated in katcha area within the jurisdiction of Hamayoon police station on Friday.
According to a report, accused Nasrullah Essani killed his wife identified as Samina Essani and a youngster Papoo Essani over the pretext of Karo-Kari. Nasrullah suspected that his wife Samina had illicit relation with Papoo.
The accused fled to unknown destination after committing this crime. Area police rushed to the scene on information and shifted the bodies to RHC Sultankot for medico-legal formalities. No FIR could be lodged till filing this news.
