LARKANA: On the directives of IGP Sindh, a fresh investigation team has been constituted by the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Larkana Range, Abdullah Shaikh, to probe FIR No: 39/2018 registered under section 302, 364, 337 A(I), 337 F(I) PPC lodged at Hyderi police station, Larkana, of brutal murder of 9-year Saima Jarwar.
The team shall be headed by SSP Tanveer Tunio as its chairman and consist of members including DSP Liaquat Abbasi, SDPO Civil Lines, Abdul Malik Kamangar SHO Market, Inspectors Riaz Malik, Abdul Waheed Abro, SIP Aslam Pervaiz Abro, Sartaj Jagirani, Mohammad Mithal Khakhrani, Asif Mughal, ASI Ghulam Shabir Mirani I/C IT and Waheed Zafar Abbasi I/C CCTV, Larkana.
The DIGP further in his order issued on April 28, 2018 that the team is directed to detect/unearth the case, ensure arrest of real culprits and to finalize the impartial investigation purely on merit and ensure compliance under section 173 Cr. PC and submit report to this office. However, no time frame has been given in which the probe will be completed.
