QUETTA:Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal has said in order to make our system effective, better mechanism is required, adding for improvement in performance of departments, it is inevitable to increase their capabilities.
These views were expressed by him while addressing the visiting participants of National Security and War Course to Balochistan.
Highlighting overall law and order situation, development projects, economic situation and other issues of the province, Chief Minister Jam Kamal said that present government was endeavoring to introduce reforms at grassroots level in all departments so as to make them more dynamic and effective.
He remarked the communication system was being improved, besides providing basic amenities like water, education and provision of health facilities to the masses.
