KARACHI: Jamaat e Islami (JI) staged a protest demonstration on Saturday against K-Electric (KE) at Shahra e Faisal.
Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman, Ameer e JI Karachi, general secretary Abdul Wahab, Zahid Askari and other leaders and workers were present.
They were holding party flags, banners and placards inscribed with anti-KE slogans.
Hafiz Naeem said they are renewing their protest against the K- E which was started last year.
He said that they will continue their campaign on behalf of the citizens of Karachi against the K-Electric’s overbilling, corruption and load shedding.
