Kashmir: (Condemnation day being observed on both sides of LoC today)

ISLAMABAD: Condemnation day is being observed on both sides of LoC today (Monday) against killing of seventeen innocent youth by Indian forces in Shopian and Islamabad districts of Occupied Kashmir.

In Azad Kashmir, call for observing the day was given by AJK Prime Minister, Raja Farooq Haider Khan. Observing the day aims to invite attention of the international community towards genocide of innocent Kashmiris and Indian state terrorism in the Held Valley.

Condemnation rallies and demonstrations have been arranged in all big and small cities of the state to express solidarity with the victims of Indian brutalities and denounce Indian state terrorism in the Occupied Valley.

A condemnation rally is being taken out in Muzaffarabad this noon. The rally will convert into a public gathering at Gharipan Chowk where condemnation resolutions against the brutalities of India in the Occupied Kashmir will be adopted.

Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has expressed deep shock and grief at the indiscriminate, vicious killing of seventeen Kashmiri youth in Occupied Kashmir by the Indian forces.

Prime Minister called upon international community to pressurize India to allow access to fact-finding missions to occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif termed killing of Kashmiri youth by the Indian forces in repressive act as worst kind of terrorism. Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal said the voice of Kashmiris can’t be silenced with guns.

Minister of State for Information Marriyum Aurangzeb in a statement said dripping blood of innocent Kashmiris is a challenge for global conscience.

Chairman Senate Mohammad Sadiq Sanjrani has strongly condemned the brutal use of force by India in Occupied Kashmir.

In a message from Madina Munawara, Saudi Arabia, he emphasized that such cowardly actions of the occupying forces only serve to fortify the resolve of the Kashmiri people.

Sadiq Sanjrani urged the international community to play its role for just solution of Kashmir dispute.
