LARKANA: Today’s large rally has proved that Larkana is still the hub of PPP and will continue to remain.
This was claimed by Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, President, PPP, Sindh, while addressing a rally of PPP workers which started from Naundero roundabout and marched through various roads and bazaars here on Thursday. People of Larkana have given their verdict in favour of PPP today that they are with the party and will continue to remain with it, Khuhro asserted.
He said that the residents of Larkana do not like the supporters of Kalabagh Dam and division of Sindh. He said people from Kashmore to Karachi will defeat anti-PPP forces and will run away. He alleged that by openly supporting division of Sindh by MQM and PML-Functional, it had been proved that agenda of MQM and GDA was same to divide the province.
Khuhro said that people would teach a lesson to the puppet Ittehad of Sindh on July 25. He said that PTI, PML-Nawaz, GDA and MQM had no programme for welfare and betterment of the masses and they were trying to grab power through backdoor. Candidate for PS-11 Nida Khuhro, PS-12 Suhail Siyal and large number of party activists took part in the rally. They were holding party flags and we chanting slogans in favour of the leadership. Due to rally, major roads remained locked in the city and the commuters felt hardships specially those who had to go back to their respective villages and towns.
