MIRPURKHAS:A local court Thursday sentenced a man to a 10-year imprisonment with a fine of Rs50,000 in a minor girl’s rape case.
District and Session Court, in view of evidences and statements, pronounced the verdict awarding a 10-year imprisonment to a 40-year-old accused, Mohammad Ismael Khaskheli, with a fine of Rs50,000 for sexually assaulting the minor girl in Alipur town one and half years back.
The court said that if accused failed to pay the fine money, he will have to undergo three months more jail. The accused has been in the jail since one and half years.
