Quetta:A FIR was registered against Noor Muhammad Dumar, Provincial Minister for Public Health Engineering Department, his driver and three other persons at Civil Line Police Station here Friday.
The FIR was lodged on the complaint of Zahid Khan, Head Constable Special Branch who had been abused and tortured by the Provincial Minister and his private security guards while he was discharging official duties the entrance of Chief Minister’s Secretariat.
