Islamabad:Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser and Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani have agreed to resolve the matter of appointment of ECP members with consultation.
In a meeting in Islamabad on Monday, custodians of both houses discussed the letter sent by Islamabad High Court to the Parliament regarding appointment of ECP members.
The meeting further agreed that the matter will be resolved according to the constitution and rules of Parliamentary Committee.
A consultation meeting with Law Minister and Minister for Parliamentary Affairs will be held tomorrow.
