PMA for adopting healthy norms in society

KARACHI:Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) has always raised its voice for adopting healthy norms in the society and once again stress upon the need of time punctuality in every field of life and get together, specially wedding ceremonies which are usually held at marriage lawns.

Secretary General, Pakistan Medical Association (Centre), Dr SM Qaisar Sajjad said it is observed that most of these functions starts very late and ends at late night. He said this practice makes very much difficulties especially school going children and every person who has to start his/her job early morning. The children and people attending such wedding functions cannot pay attention to their work and feel sleepy at their work places. Further on returning home people face criminals and incidents like snatching and looting occurs.

He demanded of the government to make it sure that all marriage lawn are closed at 11:00pm. This practice will have healthy impacts on our society.
