LARKANA:Sindh Minister for Works, Services, Prisons and Religious Affairs Syed Nasir Shah said on Saturday that rulers had taken 100 U-Turns despite the fact they had not yet completed 100 days.

He said the rulers claimed that they would not give NRO but would conduct accountability was in fact shifting the attention from real issues. He said the government had brought tsunami of destruction and price hike.

While talking to reporters at local press club here today, Shah said that PPP leadership had always faced courts and even now prepared and asked if article 24 of NAB was only for PPP and PML-Nawaz leadership.

Shah also asked why no action was being taken against the PTI partners. He confessed that corruption is rampant in jails for which new IG has been posted, he added.

He said boundary wall of Larkana Central Jail will soon be constructed and it will be upgraded to resolve its issues. He said number of under trial prisoners is increasing day by day and they are also being produced in the relevant courts regularly but pace of their cases is very slow.
