ISLAMABAD:Spokesperson to the Prime Minister, Nadeem Afzal Chan has said that national security is the topmost priority of the state and strengthening institutions are imperative for smooth running of the country’s affairs and democracy as well.
Talking to a private news channel, he said the government and opposition should sit together without any condition for strengthening the national institutions.
Replying to a question, he said the Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif should return to the country immediately because he is not ill. He said law is equal for everyone and rule of law would be implemented in letter and spirit.
