Karachi:Noman Ahmed scored unbeaten 55 runs while Abdul Rehman grabbed four wickets to help Joharabad Cricket Club record a three-wicket victory against Gulshan-e-Maymar Cricket Club in Fazal Mehmood National Club Zone 2 Championship here on Tuesday at TMC Ground.
Gulshan-e-Maymar CC batted first and put on board a total of 199 runs in allotted 40 overs. Yousuf Naseer top scored for the side with 47 runs. Abdul Rehman claimed four wickets for 42 runs, restricting the opponents from posting big total.
In response, Joharabad CC reached the victory total with three wickets in hand. Noman Ahmed batted well for the winners playing an unbeaten 55-run knock off 41 balls.
