Karachi:PCB Dynamites overpowered PCB Blasters by 12 runs in a close encounter in the final of the inaugural Triangular One Day Women Cricket Tournament here at SBP Sports Complex.
PCB Dynamites batted first in the match and put on board 254-6 in 50 overs. Captain Javeria Khan (62 runs) and Sidra Ameen (61 runs) batted well for the side. Ramin Shamim and Aliya Riaz picked two wickets each.
In their turn, PCB Blasters were restricted to 242-8 in 50 overs. Aliya Riaz top-scored for the side with 80 runs while Javeria Rauf contributed 66 runs. Saba Nazir picked 3-35 for the winning side.
