Karachi: Six-member Pakistan Sepaktakraw team will leave for Jakarta, Indonesia on August 23 to participate in their respective event in the ongoing Asian Games.
Apart from six players namely, Shabbir Ahmed (Captain), Hameed Shahid Rana, Sarfraz Ahmed, Hussain Ahmed Khan, Shiraz Ahmed and Abdul Basit, Coach Arif Hafeez and team manager Arif Waheed Khan will also accompany the team.
Coach Arif Hafeez said that Pakistan has talented players and he is hopeful that his players will put a strong show in the tournament.
Meanwhile, Captain Shabbir Ahmed said that his team will put their best to claim a medal in the tournament.
