We are struggling for prosperous Sindh: SUP leader

LARKANA: Sindh United Party (SUP) is the party of future and one day we will rule over the country by defeating corrupt and dishonest people.

This was stated by SUP President Syed Jalal Mahmood Shah while addressing his party’s organisational meeting here on Wednesday. He said change would come one day because they were struggling for prosperous Sindh. He said they had established SUP to save the rights of their people. He said: “We have seen jails, faced floggings and police and we want to convert our strength into democratic power.”

Shah said opportunists had controlled permanent advantages in their own name and one day they would be sent out. He said: “We secured thousands of votes during the recent elections as compared to previous polls which shows that we are making progress. Despite controlled democracy, there is only one way to get rights to become democratic power.”

He said many big theories failed and big politicians eliminated because they neglected democracy adding those powers will succeed who believe in democratic process. Shah said: “There is a difference between us and PPP, PML-N and PTI because they want to see strong center whereas we want to make provinces strong.” We are supporters of country as Quaid-e-Azam said in his speech to the assembly on 11th September 1947. We are against religious extremism, terrorism and corruption.”

He said they wanted equal share in center and could not leave their historical identity. He said they would struggle for their rights till last drop of their blood. Roshan Buriro, Idrees Chandio, Jagdesh Ahuja, Raees Abdul Karim Chandio, Mahmood Bhutto, Dr. Imdad Chandio, Mazhar Mughal, Sheeba Mughal, Rabail Siyal, Manzoor Shaikh and others participated in the meeting.
