LARKANA:A young married woman allegedly committed suicide in her home in Bhains Colony within the precints of Rahmatpur police station here on Tuesday.
Rabia, wife of Aamir Lashari, ended her life over domestic issues. Her body was shifted to Chandka Medical College Hospital for medico-legal formalities. Barkat Lashari, brother of her husband, told newsmen that she hanged herself to death with her scarf ties to the ceiling fan over domestic problems. He said his brother Aamir was working in Saudi Arabia since last year. No case could be registered till filing this report.
In another incident, a six-year-old boy, Kaleemullah, son of Ayaz Jatoi, resident of Kausar Mill, lost his life when he was operated upon at a private medical centre. His heirs alleged that their beloved child died because of doctor’s negligence.
They held a protest demonstration outside the private medical centre and demanded action against Dr Abdul Salam Abbasi. Father of the deceased and other relatives have appealed for justice and registration of case against the doctor.
