RANIPUR:A youth drowned in Rohri Canal near Ranipur on Wednesday.
Amjad Kalhoro was cleaning clothes on the bank of Rohri Canal after participation in the Muharram mourning event when he skidded off the bank and fell into the canal’s deep water.
The heirs rushed to the scene and searched for the body. The heirs have appealed to the local authorities for recovery of the drowned youth.
