KARACHI:A man was killed and another injured in separate road accidents in different areas of the city in wee hours of Monday.
According to rescue sources, a 19-year-old youth, Shayan, son of Arshad, was hit by a fast-moving vehicle in Azizabad area.
As a result, he suffered severe injuries. The injured was taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries.
Separately, a man, identified as Haseem, aged 40, son of Younis, was hit by a speedily moving vehicle in Shershah area. As a result, he sustained severe injuries and he was rushed to Civil Hospital Karachi for treatment.
