Khanewal: At least 11 people died when a van plunged into a canal near Mian Channu on Monday.
As per details, 12 persons of a family were returning from Sheikhupura after attending a funeral, when their van fell into Mailsi Link Canal, while trying to save a bike. As a result, 11 people died. So far 10 bodies were recovered and handed to heirs. Divers were trying to find the body of the remaining victim.
