LARKANA:As many as 190 cheques each amounting to Rs10,000 were handed over to the poverty-stricken community including male and female members of Larkana district on Wednesday.

Hindu Panchayat leader Dr Dharampal distributed the cheques among the poor people of Bagri, Bheel, and Harijan at Hindu Dharamshala community who have been hit hard by the skyrocketing price hike of food items and oil. The cheques were issued by the Sindh Government’s Minorities Department. These cheques also include 60 cheques each of Rs20,000 for scholarships.
