The administration of Moro Civil Hospital is under public criticism, accused of failing to provide a timely ambulance to two seriously injured victims of a robbery.
The controversy began when trader Saeed Ahmed Jatoi and Peer Bakhsh Khoso were seriously injured in a violent robbery on Dheran Manahi Link Road on Tuesday. According to sources, the two were carrying 4 million rupees when armed assailants fired at them from behind, snatched the money, and fled.
After the attack, local citizens brought the injured to Moro Civil Hospital for immediate medical attention. After initial first aid, both individuals were referred to a hospital in Nawabshah for further treatment.
It was during this transfer process that residents alleged a significant delay in the arrangement of an ambulance, sparking a wave of concern over the hospital’s performance.
Upon receiving a report of the robbery, DSP Moro Faiza Sodhar and SHO Dars Ali Nawaz Shahani arrived at the hospital. Police officials have confirmed that an investigation is underway and a search has been initiated for the arrest of the suspects.
