QUETTA: A hand grenade was hurled by unidentified persons at the office of Irrigation Department near Chaman Phatak area of the provincial capital on Monday, causing minor injuries to one person and affecting two motorcycles.
According to police, unidentified persons hurled hand grenade at the office of Irrigation Department near Chaman Phatak area of Quetta. As a result, one person sustained minor injuries while two motorcycles were affected in the blast.
Police and other law enforcement personnel rushed to the scene and shifted the injured to Sandeman Provincial Hospital Quetta for treatment. Name of the injured could not be ascertained till filing this report. Further investigation was being conducted by the concerned authorities.
