Islamabad, In a significant bilateral meeting on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Riyadh, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, engaged with Malaysia’s Foreign Minister, Dato Seri Utama Haji Mohamad Bin Haji Hasan, to bolster trade and investment relations.
According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the discussion was centered around a broad range of bilateral relations with a specific emphasis on enhancing trade and investment. The leaders agreed to hold the next round of the Joint Ministerial Commission meeting in Islamabad later this year, aimed at capitalizing on market opportunities across various sectors for tangible economic outcomes. Additionally, they discussed the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza, advocating for an immediate cessation of hostilities and calling for urgent humanitarian aid to Palestinians.
