Provincial Minister for Livestock and Fisheries Muhammad Ali Malkani at a ceremony on Sunday presented posting orders to 122 primary school teachers who had passed the IBA test.
The ceremony, held at the Government Degree College Sujawal, was also attended among others by MPAs Rehana Laghari, Heer Soho; PPP Ladies Wind District President Firdous Aziz Mirbahar, and Deputy Commissioner Zahid Hussain Rind.
Speaking at the ceremony, minister Malkani said that teachers are the source of knowledge, and their role in the development of nations is of great significance. The minister said: “If teachers teach with dedication and hard work, our future generation can emerge as a good nation and play an effective role in the development and prosperity of our country.”
He said that the Pakistan Peoples Party was taking effective steps to provide employment to the youth and promote education. He said that no one would be appointed to jobs through recommendations or bribery; only qualified and deserving candidates would be hired.
