Islamabad Capital Police pays tribute to its 67 martyred officers on Martyrs’ Day

Islamabad Capital Police paid tribute to its 67 martyred officers who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty on Police Martyrs’ Day on August 4. Islamabad IG Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi said that these martyred officers are a source of pride for us. He prayed for all the martyrs and paid tribute to the mothers of these brave individuals.

Islamabad Capital Police reiterated its commitment to public-friendly policing, continuing the mission of these 67 martyred officers. The day began with Quran recitation at the Police Lines. Special videos were also released on the occasion of Police Martyrs’ Day and tributes will be paid at the martyrs’ memorial.
