Itel Energy introduced solutions designed specifically for Pakistan”s climate. The IP66 series boasts a 6.6kW inverter, a 16kWh lithium battery with IP65 rating, and a 5-year replacement warranty. These products are engineered to withstand extreme humidity, dust, and harsh conditions, even water submersion up to 50cm for 72 hours. Advanced CCS technology and locally sourced battery cells enhance their reliability, making them suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial use.
The company also highlighted its popular IP54 series inverters and low-voltage batteries, known for their efficiency and backed by a 3-year replacement warranty. For commercial and industrial clients, Itel showcased 30kW and 50kW inverters with scalable power capacity, along with adaptable high-voltage battery systems. These solutions are ideal for businesses like shops, factories, schools, hospitals, and farms, offering continuous power and peak-shaving capabilities.
The new Experience Center in Saddar, Karachi, will serve as a hub for innovation, support, and training. It combines product displays, testing facilities, sales, and training all in one location. A network of over 40 service centers across 33 cities, coupled with a 48-hour replacement policy and a dedicated mobile app, reinforces Itel’s commitment to customer service.
A new testing laboratory in Karachi, developed in partnership with Carlcare Service Pvt. Ltd., further solidifies Itel’s dedication to local innovation.
