Tando Jam Agricultural University achieves over 90% score in HEC ranking

Sindh Agriculture University, Tandojam has achieved an outstanding score of over 90 percent in the Higher Education Commission’s (HEC) rigorous annual performance ranking.

The university’s spokesperson stated on Tuesday that the institution’s Quality Enhancement Cell achieved a remarkable score of 90.23 percent in the HEC’s evaluation for the 2023-24 academic year.

The Quality Assurance Agency conducts this performance review on an annual basis to enhance the effectiveness of quality control systems in higher education institutions and to promote a culture of excellence. The 2023-24 assessment covered several key areas, including institutional performance, self-assessment of academic programs, accreditation from relevant councils, and the implementation of HEC policies on plagiarism and faculty appointments.

Vice Chancellor Engineer Professor Dr. Altaf Ali Siyal praised this achievement and congratulated Director QEC Dr. Saleem Masih Bhatti, former Director Engineer Riasat Ali Kubar, Professor Dr. Abdul Mubeen Lodhi, and the entire QEC team for their diligent efforts.
