A police official confirmed on Wednesday that while traffic across all major routes remains uninterrupted, a significant enforcement drive is underway. Personnel from the Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) are positioned on all principal roads to manage vehicular movement and maintain order.
The entire operation is being directly supervised by Chief Traffic Officer Captain (R) Hamza Humayun, who is personally overseeing all traffic management duties to guarantee their effectiveness.
Authorities are taking firm action against a range of offenses, including wrong-way driving and the use of fancy or unauthorized number plates. The enforcement of these regulations is aimed at securing the well-being of all commuters.
