Continuing the initiative of recognizing exceptional services, an additional 55 traffic wardens were awarded cash prizes and certificates for their outstanding performance.
The awards were formally presented to the traffic management personnel today by Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Rawalpindi, Farhan Aslam, and the Sector Traffic Officer (STO).
CTO Aslam affirmed the continuation of the program, stating that such incentives are crucial for enhancing the force’s performance. “Encouraging personnel further improves their overall effectiveness,” he added.
The traffic chief expressed his appreciation for the force, saying, “Dutiful and hardworking officers and personnel are my pride.”
He pledged that diligent and sincere staff members would be supported “on every platform.”
In a broader message to the force, the CTO urged all wardens to perform their duties with dedication and “with a spirit of service, without any pressure.”
