Karachi: Wafi Energy Pakistan Limited (WEPL) recently organized a free eye screening camp for its retailers in collaboration with the Layton Rahmatulla Benevolent Trust (LRBT), aiming to promote eye health within the retailer community. According to Wafi Energy Company, this initiative is part of WEPL's broader community outreach efforts, which involve partnering with reputable healthcare organizations like LRBT to provide accessible medical services in the areas where the company operates.
During the camp, a team of ophthalmologists and support staff from LRBT conducted thorough eye examinations and distributed free medicines for common eye conditions. Retailers who required more extensive medical care were referred to the closest LRBT hospital for further treatment.
