Four individuals were taken into custody today during a combing search operation in the Gizri police station area of District South, as authorities continue daily security checks across the district.
During the operation, law enforcement personnel cordoned off the targeted area and then searched various locations. Houses, hotels, tea stalls, and temporary residences were searched.
During the security drive, suspicious individuals were identified and checked using specialized search equipment. Subsequently, four individuals were taken into custody under Section 54 due to their suspicious activities. The process of identifying and verifying the detained individuals is currently underway.
These regular security activities are being conducted daily in District South, carried out under special orders issued by SSP District South, Mahzoor Ali. Today’s special search was supervised by SDPO Defence, while SHO Gizri and SHO Darakhshan carried out their duties with their respective teams.
