An unidentified woman, approximately 50 years old, has been killed in a fatal train collision on Tuesday in the Karsaz area.
The incident occurred near the famous PAF wall, where the deceased was hit by a passing train.
After the incident, welfare organizations were present at the scene. An ambulance from the Edhi Foundation was dispatched to handle the situation.
The body of the deceased was moved from the accident site to Jinnah Hospital for necessary procedures.
Efforts are underway to identify the victim.
