FIA foils illegal Umrah visa operation, 3 suspects arrested

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) today arrested three individuals accused of deceiving innocent citizens by running an unauthorized travel business involving fake Umrah visas.

The suspects have been identified as Faisal Ali, Qasim Abbas, and Faisal Saleem, who were taken into custody following a major operation conducted by the FIA Faisalabad Division.

According to the agency, the trio was involved in an illegal travel consultancy business, specifically targeting individuals wishing to perform religious pilgrimage.

The operation was launched to tackle these fraudulent activities that had victimized numerous aspiring pilgrims through the illegal visa scheme.
