The Organisation of Islamic Cooperation’s Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation (COMSTECH) has entered into a formal agreement with the Republic of Chad to enhance the African nation”s scientific and industrial capabilities.
According to a report by MOIB today, the Memorandum of Understanding was officially signed by Professor Dr. M. Iqbal Choudhary, the Coordinator General of OIC-COMSTECH, and Pr. Reounodji Frederic, who serves as the General Secretary of Chad”s Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Vocational Training.
This new accord establishes a framework designed to provide crucial technical assistance and capacity building, with the initiative aiming specifically to support the advancement of Chad”s research institutions and foster its industrial development.
